Your first job in the cleaner app

The cleaner app shows your jobs and walks you through each one. A two-minute tutorial opens the first time you sign in, in French, English or Arabic, with an optional spoken explanation in Darija. You can skip it and replay it later.

1. Open the app. You see your jobs for Today, Tomorrow and the next 7 days. Open jobs come first.
2. Tap a job to open its card: the address, a map, the times, and a red tag if a guest arrives the same day.
3. Tap Start when you arrive. Your start time is saved.
4. Take photos of every angle of each room, when you arrive and when you finish.
5. Tick every box of the checklist for each room.
6. Something broken or missing? Describe it, add photos and send it to the office.
7. List what must be brought next time, with the quantities (restock).
8. At the end, tap the lockbox to show the door code, then take the photo proofs and enter the new code.
9. Close the job. Close stays locked until everything is done, and the list shows what is missing.

Success looks like: the job shows as closed and leaves your open jobs.

Good to know

• Want to practise first? Open the tutorial and press Try a practice job. Nothing is sent and it is not a real job.
• Change the language, and allow notifications to get new jobs, in the app settings.
• The app never shows money.
