Forms, landing pages and booking pages
These tools bring new people into the pipeline. They all live under Marketing, tab Forms and pages.
Forms
A form takes a name and contact details from your website. Every submission creates or finds the contact and opens a lead in the pipeline, with the source of the visit saved.
- Open Forms and pages, view Forms.
- Press New form (admins).
- Type the Name and an Address with a to z, 0 to 9 and dashes.
- Pick the Brand, the Purpose and the Language. Press Create form.
Use Switch off to pause a form. Latest submissions lists the newest ones.
Landing pages (CRM Plus)
View Pages. Press New page, choose a Template, a Brand, the Language, a Title and an Address, then press Create draft. Fill in the headline, text, image, form and button, then publish. A draft is never public.
Booking pages (CRM Plus)
View Reservation form. Press New booking page. Set the title, address, kind, minutes, buffer, notice and days ahead, then press Create booking page. Each booking becomes a lead and a task for the host, and a calendar event when a Google calendar is connected. If a booking shows Calendar pending, press Retry calendar.
Where did the lead come from?
Add UTM tags to ad links (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign). The Ads tab then shows leads by first touch, and for admins the spend and cost per lead.
Success looks like: a test submission shows under Latest submissions and as a new lead on the board.
