What the CRM does

Hercules CRM is the sales side of Hercules OS, for companies that manage short-term rentals for owners. It is built to be used on a phone.

What it gives you

• One pipeline: every owner lead from first message to signed contract, with the next action always visible.
• One inbox: WhatsApp and e-mail in a single conversation per person. Nothing is sent without a person pressing send.
• Proposals and contracts: send a proposal link, see when it was opened, and have the contract signed on a phone.
• Pages and booking: landing pages, forms and booking pages on your own domain, with every lead tagged by its source.
• Consent first: consent and opt-outs are recorded for every contact before anything marketing is sent.

Plans

• CRM Core: pipeline and tasks, inbox, contacts and segments, campaigns and forms, proposals.
• CRM Plus: everything in Core, plus pages on your own domain, booking pages, ad spend and cost per lead, and contracts with e-signature.

Where to start

Sign in at the Hercules OS address of your company, then open Acquire in the menu. The Acquire area holds the pipeline, conversations, contacts, campaigns and forms.
