The investor pages are a private, read-only view of your investment, in English, Dutch, French or Arabic. Sign in with the link or account you were given.

The tabs

• Home: a greeting, the guest revenue of your apartment since you invested (after platform fees), and a live count of what the company hosts today: apartments, cities, nights hosted and guest rating.
• Investment: how the latest closed month was made, your payout and its due date, your last 12 months, and your payback so far.
• Company: the company's story, where it operates, and the team.
• Invest: what Hercules is building next, and how partners can take part.
• More: presentation mode, your statements, reservations, maintenance and the contact form.

Good to know

• Guest revenue is what guests paid minus the platform fees, before the cleaning fee, the management fee and costs. It is not the same as your payout.
• Your first statement appears as soon as a month is closed.
