The investor pages

If you invested in an apartment, your portal shows investor pages instead of the owner pages. They show what the team has confirmed.

What you see

• My investment: your investment, with the amount you invested. If the amount is still being confirmed, it says "To be confirmed" until it is.
• Payback: how much has been paid back to you so far, how much is approved but not yet paid, and how much is still to pay back. When there are enough payouts, you see an estimate of the months to go at the recent pace.
• This month: the Revenue and Occupancy of your apartment, and Your payout.
• Your apartment's furnishing list.
• Statements and Reservations, as for any owner.

You can choose your language and install the page on your phone, as owners do.
