Sign in and choose your language
- Open your portal link and type your e-mail address and your password, then press Sign in.
- First time, or if you forgot your password: press Forgot your password?, type your e-mail address and press Send me a link. A link arrives by e-mail (check your spam folder) to choose a new password.
- On your first visit the portal asks you to Choose your language, and then offers a short tour called How the portal works.
Success looks like: you land on your Overview, in your language.
Languages
The portal speaks Dutch, Arabic, French, English, Spanish, German and Italian. You can change the language at any time from the menu at the top. The choice is saved and applies on any device. Your figures do not change.
Statements (the PDF and the e-mail) are issued in Dutch, French or English. If you read the portal in Spanish, German or Italian, your statements come in English.
Good to know
- For your security the portal signs you out after a period of inactivity. Sign in again.
- You can replay the tour from the link "How the portal works".
- On a phone you can add the portal to your home screen to open it like an app.
