Read your monthly statement

Each month you get a statement for your apartment. It lists every stay and every cost.

1. Open Statements in the menu. The page Monthly Statements lists your periods with a status (draft, finalized, sent or paid) and the payout in MAD.
2. Press Download PDF on the month you want.
3. Open Overview and pick the month to see the same figures in the panel From the booking to your account.

Success looks like: you can follow the money from Rental income, through the platform fees, cleaning, utilities and the management fee, down to Paid to you.

What each line means

• Rental income: what the guests paid for the stays.
• Airbnb & Booking.com fees: charged by the platforms, not by us.
• Cleaning and Utilities: the costs of your apartment for the month.
• Management: the fee for the listing, the guests, the cleaning and the maintenance.
• Paid to you: your share.

Under Per reservation you see each stay: what the guest paid, the platform fee, the cleaning and the management fee, and what you earned.

If a figure is "Not available yet", write to us from Contact and we will sort it out.
