When and how you are paid

You are paid by bank transfer, by the 15th of the following month, for the stays that checked out in that month. A stay counts in the month it checks out, not the month it started.

Currencies

Guests pay in euros. Your payout is in dirhams (MAD), at the rate in your contract. The exact rate used is printed on every statement.

The steps

1. Your statement is finalized during the second week of the month.
2. We check and approve it, and you receive it by e-mail.
3. We send the transfer. The status on Statements goes from draft to finalized, sent and paid.

Success looks like: the status of the month on the Statements page says paid, and the money is in your account.

Good to know

• Minor corrections of an earlier month appear on the next statement.
• If your contract pays a fixed rent instead of a share, that rent is paid separately.
