When do I get paid?

You are paid by bank transfer by the 15th of the following month, for the stays that checked out in that month.

For example: stays that checked out in October are paid by 15 November.

What you are paid, in which currency

• Guests pay in euros (EUR) on the booking platform.
• Your payout is in dirhams (MAD). Your statement shows the exchange rate used: a fixed rate from your contract, or the rate of that month.

Where to see it

1. Open your owner portal and go to Statements.
2. Each month has a statement for your apartment. Open it to see every stay and every cost, and download it as a PDF.
3. Your payout for the month is shown with its due date.

Success looks like: the statement of the month lists the stays that checked out in that month, and the payout shows "Due by" the 15th of the next month.

Good to know

• A stay belongs to the month it checks out in, even if it started the month before.
• If a payout looks wrong, use Contact in the portal and mention the month.
• The portal can open its short tour at any time with "How the portal works".
