On the last day

The Guide tab shows a card called Before you leave with the steps for check-out. Follow it, and leave the apartment as you found it.

Rate your stay

From checkout day, the Stay tab shows a card How was your stay?. Tell us in one tap. It goes straight to our team. If you were not happy, we reach out so that we can put it right.

After checkout

For 7 days after checkout your guest app stays open for the stay, read-only. Your door details are no longer shown. A message says "Thank you for staying with us". Forgot something? Send us a message in Chat. After 7 days the page shows a simple receipt with your dates and apartment.
