Why every guest is registered

Moroccan law (Law 80-14 on tourist accommodation) requires every accommodation provider to register all guests. That is why every adult guest does an ID and face check before arrival, and why the Guest registration step is on your checklist.

What you do

Each adult scans an ID document and takes a selfie. The registration then fills itself in. The page counts how many adults are checked, for example "1 of 2 adults checked".

Who sees what

The details are shared with the authorities as the law requires, and are handled by our team and our technical providers. Your door code is shown only in your guest app, never in a message.
