How your guest app works
After you book, you receive a personal link to your guest app. It is your page for the stay: no account and no password. Keep the link private, because it is the key to your stay.
Before you arrive: Get ready
The page opens with a short checklist called Get ready:
- Verify your email: we send a 6-digit code to your e-mail address. Type it in.
- Verify your WhatsApp: we send a 6-digit code to your WhatsApp number, with your country code. If the code does not arrive, write to us in Chat and our team can confirm your number.
- ID and face check: every adult guest scans an ID document and takes a selfie. It takes a minute.
- Guest registration: Moroccan law requires every adult guest to be registered before arrival. It fills itself in from your ID check.
The checklist also asks roughly when you will arrive, and may ask you to read and sign a short stay agreement.
Your access details unlock once the four steps are done.

After your stay
For 7 days after checkout the app stays open for the stay, read-only, with a card to rate your stay. After that it shows a simple receipt with your dates and apartment.
Languages
The guest app speaks English, French, Dutch, Spanish and Arabic. Change the language from the app.
