Chat and report a problem

Open the Chat tab.

Ask a question

1. Type your message in the box A question? Message us.
2. Press Send. Our team replies in the app.

Report a problem in the apartment

1. In Chat, find the form Something wrong?.
2. Choose what it is about: Cleaning, Something is broken, Getting in, Booking, Payment or Something else.
3. Write briefly what is wrong. You can add your name.
4. Press Send report.

Success looks like: you read "Thank you. Your report is logged and someone will pick it up."

If the report cannot be saved, use the message box above. It reaches us too.

Emergencies

The Emergency numbers are always listed on the Guide tab and in Chat. In an emergency, call them first.
