The four check-in steps

Open your personal link. The checklist Get ready shows four steps. Your door details unlock when all four are done. Doing them early means you can walk straight in when you arrive.

1. Verify your email. Type your address, press Send code, and enter the 6-digit code we send. The code is valid for 30 minutes.
2. Verify your WhatsApp. Type your number with the country code, for example +31 6 12345678, press Send code, and enter the 6-digit code. It is valid for 10 minutes.
3. ID and face check. Every adult guest scans an ID document and takes a selfie. It takes a minute.
4. Guest registration. Required by Moroccan law. It fills itself in from your ID check.

The checklist also asks roughly when you will arrive. When your apartment needs it, you also read and sign a short stay agreement.

Success looks like: the checklist says "4 of 4 done", and the Access tab says "You are all set".

If a code does not arrive

• Check your spam folder.
• Press Send a new code. Only the newest code works.
• Wrong address or number? Press Change address, or Use a different one.
• Still nothing? Message us in Chat. Our team can confirm your number or e-mail by hand.
