Your door code and how to arrive

Everything about getting in is on the Access tab of your guest app.

When does the code appear?

Once all four Get ready steps are done, the Access tab says "Almost there" and shows when your door code will appear: 24 hours before check-in. From then on it shows the details for your apartment. Until the steps are done, the tab stays locked.

What you will see

Depending on the apartment:

• Smart lock: Your door code, personal to your stay. Press Copy to copy it. It is never sent in a message, only shown here.
• Lockbox: where the lockbox is and the lockbox code.
• Building code, if the building has one.
• Meeting our team: a member of our team meets you with the keys. Tell us your arrival time on the Stay tab.
• Wi-Fi: the network name and password.
• A short arrival video when the apartment has one.

If you cannot find the code

1. Check that the checklist on the Stay tab shows four steps done.
2. Check that it is less than 24 hours before check-in.
3. If a message says "Your code will appear shortly", our team is preparing the apartment. You do not need to do anything.
4. Still stuck? Open Chat and write to us. We reply in the app.
