Set your brand and sender name

Your brand is what your guests and owners see: on statements, e-mails, the guest app and the owner portal.

1. Open Set up your workspace and find the step Set your brand.
2. Type your brand name and the sender name your guests and owners will see.
3. Add your logo. It can be an address or an uploaded image. The image must be a PNG or a JPEG, 500 KB at most.
4. Choose your colours. The form shows a preview before you save.
5. Save.

Success looks like: the preview shows your name, logo and colour, and the step is ticked on the checklist.

The brand step cannot be skipped, because the other pages use it everywhere.
