Start your workspace

A workspace is your own copy of Hercules OS, with your apartments, your team and your brand. Nobody else sees your data.

Create it

1. Open the sign-up page and fill in the form Create your workspace. Choose the modules you want: PMS, ERP and CRM, one or all three.
2. If sign-up needs an invitation, type your invitation code.
3. Press Create my workspace.
4. You start with a 14-day trial. You can load a small fictional portfolio to look around and remove it later. Demo apartments are never billed.

Follow the checklist

Your first page is Set up your workspace, a checklist. Each step opens the page that does the job, and the step is ticked by itself when it is done:

1. Add your first apartment: add one by hand, or import your listings from a spreadsheet or from Google Drive.
2. Connect your channel manager: save your Channex API key, then test the connection. See Connect your channels.
3. Connect Google: optional. You can skip it and come back.
4. Set your brand: your name, logo, colour and the sender name your guests and owners see. See Set your brand and sender name.
5. Invite your first team member: see Team access and roles.
6. Review the Noor knowledge: Noor drafts guest replies from what you approve. Read it once. A person always sends the reply.

You can skip a step that is optional. The setup completes by itself when every step is done or skipped.

Success looks like: the progress bar on Set up your workspace shows that you are all set.
