Add apartments to your workspace

Every apartment you manage lives in Properties. An apartment gets its own calendar, its own cleaning plan and its own line on the owner statement.

Add one by hand

1. Open Properties.
2. Press Add apartment. On an empty list the button is Add your first apartment.
3. Optional: press Import from Airbnb to fill the form from a listing.
4. Type the name, choose the brand, and fill in the address and the city.
5. Press the create button at the bottom of the form.

Add many at once

On Set up your workspace the first step also lets you import your listings from a spreadsheet or from Google Drive.

After you add it

• Link the owner and the contract on the apartment page.
• Connect the apartment to your channels. Until then it counts as Not live. See Connect your channels.

Success looks like: the apartment appears in the list on Properties.

Only an administrator can add apartments.
