The calendar and your reservations

Calendar shows one line per apartment, with the days across. Every stay is a bar, coloured by where it was booked: your own booking page, Airbnb, Booking.com or other. A grey bar is a blocked night.

What you can do

• Move forward and back by week, press Today, choose how many days to show with Days shown, and search for an apartment.
• Press Filter calendar to show or hide a booking source.
• Tap a stay to open it. Tap a blocked bar to see Blocked dates.
• Click an apartment name to open that apartment's own calendar.
• Press and drag across nights to change many at once: block nights for an owner stay, or set a price for chosen dates. What you can change depends on your access.

On a phone the calendar is a list of apartment cards. You can open the full grid from the calendar options.

Reservations

Bookings arrive from your channels by themselves. You do not type them in. Each reservation shows the dates, the number of nights and the source. Staff can see bookings and the calendar when an administrator gives them that access. See Team access and roles.
